14-day right of withdrawal

Consumers residing in the European Economic Area generally have the right, in distance sales, to withdraw from a contract for goods within 14 days of receiving the goods without giving a specific reason.

If products from the same order are delivered separately, the withdrawal period begins when the final product is received. An order may also be cancelled before the product is delivered.

Notice of withdrawal

Notify us of your withdrawal before the 14-day period expires by using the Cancel contract function in the online store or by emailing info@htstores-eu.com.

In your message, state your name, order number, the product being cancelled and the email address to which you would like confirmation sent. We will confirm receipt of the notice of withdrawal as soon as possible. Merely failing to collect a parcel or returning a product without a clear notice does not constitute a notice of withdrawal.

Returning the product

Return the product no later than 14 days after giving notice of withdrawal. Before sending it, ask customer service for return instructions and the correct return address. Do not send the return to the original sender address shown on the parcel without our separate confirmation.

The return is considered to have been made on time if the product is sent before the 14-day return period expires. Keep the shipping receipt or other proof of dispatch.

Return costs

The customer bears the direct shipping costs of a return following withdrawal. The return price depends on the carrier selected by the customer, the country of return, parcel size and tracking service. Because of its size, the product can normally be returned as an ordinary postal item or parcel.

If the product is incorrect, defective or damaged in transit, we are responsible for remedying the defect and for the necessary related costs. Do not send a defective product back before receiving our instructions.

Handling the product and diminished value

You may inspect the product in the same way as you would in a shop. You are responsible for any diminished value only where it results from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the product.

Where possible, return all parts of the product, the instructions and the original packaging. The absence of the original packaging alone does not remove the statutory right of withdrawal, but an incomplete or unnecessarily damaged product may reduce the amount refunded.

Refund

Following withdrawal, we will refund the payment received for the product and the cost of the least expensive standard delivery method we offered, if any. Because Lemmivo standard delivery is free, there is no separate delivery charge to refund.

The refund will be made without undue delay and no later than 14 days after we receive the notice of withdrawal. We may, however, withhold the refund until we have received the product back or you have provided proof that it has been sent.

As a rule, the refund will be made using the same payment method used for the original payment, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you. No separate fee will be charged for the refund.

Statutory exceptions to the right of withdrawal

There is no right of withdrawal in circumstances expressly excluded by applicable law. Any product-specific exception and the grounds for it will be clearly stated on the product page before the order is placed. A discount or bundle offer does not remove the statutory right of withdrawal.

Defective, incorrect or damaged product

Statutory liability for defects is separate from the right of withdrawal. If a product is defective, incorrect, damaged or does not conform to the contract, contact info@htstores-eu.com. Include your order number, a description of the problem and photographs where possible.

Where the seller is responsible for a defect, the consumer has the right under applicable law to a free remedy and, where appropriate, a price reduction or termination of the contract. This policy does not limit consumers' mandatory rights.
