Terms of service
Updated 5 September 2026
1. Seller and scope of these terms
These terms of use and sale apply to orders between the Lemmivo online store and consumer customers, and to use of the website.

2. Products and product information
The product's essential characteristics, intended use, price, availability and any product-specific restrictions are stated on the product page. Customers should review this information before placing an order.
The colour or appearance of a product may differ slightly from the image because of screen settings or the manufacturing batch. Such a minor difference does not, however, permit the product to deviate from the agreed characteristics or from information given in public marketing.
Products may be manufactured and shipped from outside the European Union. The Lemmivo pet hair removal product is manufactured in China.
3. Prices, taxes and offers
The total price of the product and any delivery or other charges are shown before the order is confirmed. The total price stated to the consumer includes applicable taxes.
When a product is delivered from outside the European Union, the total price stated at checkout also includes customs duties and other import charges. The customer is not expected to pay additional import charges upon delivery.
The terms, validity and total price of discounts, campaigns and bundle offers are stated with the offer. A discounted product is covered by the same statutory consumer rights as a full-price product.
4. Placing an order and formation of the contract
The customer selects the products, reviews the cart, provides the requested information, chooses a payment method and confirms the order with an obligation to pay at checkout. Before ordering, the customer can review and correct the information provided.
The contract is formed when we have accepted the order and sent an order confirmation to the email address provided by the customer. The order confirmation records the essential order information in a durable form.
We may decline an order for reasons such as a product being out of stock, a payment problem, an obvious pricing or system error, incorrect delivery details or a justified suspicion of fraud. We will notify the customer and refund any payment already received.
5. Payment
The payment methods available at checkout are provided by Shopify or another payment service provider identified at checkout. The payment service provider's own terms and privacy practices may also apply.
The customer's payment obligation and the total price of the order are displayed before the order is confirmed. We do not normally receive or store full payment card details.
6. Delivery
Standard delivery is free to the European countries available at checkout. The normal estimated delivery time is 7–13 business days from the order confirmation.
The product may be delivered from outside the European Union. Further information about delivery times, tracking, delays, taxes and customs duties is provided in the shipping policy.
If the agreed delivery time cannot be met, consumers have the rights provided by applicable law to set a reasonable additional period and, where appropriate, terminate the contract.
7. Withdrawal and returns
Consumers residing in the European Economic Area generally have a 14-day right of withdrawal in distance sales. Notice of withdrawal may be given using the Cancel contract function in the online store or by email.
The customer bears the direct shipping costs of a return following withdrawal where this was disclosed before the order was placed. Remedying an incorrect, defective or damaged product for which the seller is responsible will not result in costs to the customer.
The conditions, time limits and procedure for withdrawal, refunds and the model withdrawal form are described in the refund policy.
8. Statutory liability for defects
We are responsible for ensuring that the product conforms to the contract, the product description and applicable consumer protection law. Statutory liability for defects is separate from any voluntary warranty.
If a product is defective, the consumer has the right, where the legal conditions are met, to a free remedy such as repair or replacement and, where appropriate, a price reduction or termination of the contract. In the European Union, consumers have at least two years of statutory protection against defects in goods, and national law may provide longer protection.
Submit a complaint by emailing info@htstores-eu.com. Include the order number, a description of the defect and photographs where possible.
9. Limitations of liability and force majeure
Nothing in these terms limits any liability or consumer right that cannot lawfully be limited.
We are not liable for indirect loss to the extent that such a limitation is permitted by law in a consumer relationship. We are not liable for a delay caused by an exceptional and unforeseeable event beyond our reasonable control. We will provide notice of such circumstances as soon as possible. Force majeure does not remove consumers' mandatory rights.
10. Use of the website
The website may not be used unlawfully or fraudulently, in a manner that compromises security or infringes the rights of others. You must not disrupt the operation of the website, attempt unauthorised access or collect its content automatically in breach of law or contract.
11. Intellectual property rights
The text, images, graphics, logos and other materials on the website belong to H&T Stores Oy or their respective rights holders. The materials may not be used commercially, copied or published without the rights holder's permission, unless otherwise required by mandatory law.
12. Personal data and cookies
We process personal data in accordance with the privacy policy. Cookies that are strictly necessary for operation of the website may be used without separate consent. Meta Pixel and other non-essential analytics or advertising technologies are activated only on the basis of the required consent.
13. Changes to these terms
We may change these terms for future orders, for example when the service or applicable law changes. As a rule, an order is governed by the terms in effect when it was placed. The current version and date of update are published on this page.
14. Governing law and dispute resolution
These terms are governed by the laws of Finland. This choice of law does not deprive consumers of protection granted by the mandatory consumer law of their country of habitual residence.
We aim to resolve disputes first through customer service. In Finland, consumers may obtain free guidance from the Consumer Advisory Services of the Finnish Competition and Consumer Authority.
If the matter cannot be resolved through negotiation, a Finnish consumer may refer it to the Finnish Consumer Disputes Board. Before doing so, the consumer should contact the Consumer Advisory Services.

Consumers residing in another European Union or European Economic Area country may seek assistance from the European Consumer Centre in their country. Proceedings may be brought before a court with jurisdiction under applicable mandatory rules.
